Kate & Matt were married at the new Thomas G. Crowder Woodland Centre at Lake Johnson in Raleigh, North Carolina. This was a whirlwind wedding for me, as there were more days in the air than on the ground! But who wouldn’t want to head over to America to photograph a wedding in winter.
Given that it was winter, I had my fingers crossed for some snow, but unfortunately for me there was an unseasonal heatwave! But not even the weather could have dampened the day, as you will see; the look on the bride’s face said it all as she walked down the blue aisle. Following the ceremony we headed off to the reception, where we were entertained by with circus performers, music and good old fashioned arcade games.
Thanks for having me Kate & Matt, I won’t forget our outing to the ‘barber’ shop, it is where stars are born!
